Washable Needles and Wash Station
The MICROLAB STAR can wash up to 24 needles simultaneously or in three individual sets of eight in parallel. The three 8 needle set MICROLAB STAR Needle Wash station allows needles to be dropped for washing and clean needles to be immediately picked up. This eliminates time wasted waiting for fixed tips to be washed. It also allows for longer wash times to reduce carryover to the absolute minimum.
The MICROLAB STAR Needle Wash Station can automatically switch between two wash solutions. Both the inside and outside of the tip is washed in a enclosed wash capsule to eliminate the release of any contaminating aerosols.
The CO-RE tip attachment technology allows switching on-the-fly between needles and disposable tips.
