The Hamilton U.S.A. National Service Department is proud of providing prompt and accurate customer service for robotic instruments products (MICROLAB® STAR, MICROLAB® NIMBUS, MICROLAB® AT/AT+, MICROLAB F.A.M.E., and MICROLAB 2200 and 4000/4200). Field Service Specialists, located throughout the United States, are available when your instrument is not performing properly, and immediate service assistance is required. Each Specialist carried the tools and parts necessary to correct most problems quickly, and all repairs are covered by a 60-day labor warranty and a one-year service parts warranty. If the Specialist doesn't have a part, our regional parts depots located in Reno and at the FEDEX PartsBank in Memphis, provide rapid parts availability. Each Service Specialist is accessible through a nationwide paging system, and through our 24-hour Service Hotline.
If you need service on your robotic instrument, please call the Service Hotline (800-527-5269). Please have your model and serial number ready. A Service Specialist will troubleshoot and attempt to repair your problem with a phone call. If on-site service is necessary, a field specialist will be dispatched.
