STARwatch is a new service that significantly reduces downtime and is exclusively available for Hamilton STARLine Instruments.
An algorithm automatically analyzes the communication log files of your Hamilton Instruments for suspicious patterns. Once detected, the service organization is informed and in cooperation with the customer a pro-active intervention is performed.
